I met Chef Ryan Peters and his wife Brittany at their restaurant out what they mean by their slogan, "Simple Food Elevated."


They are welcoming, unassuming, and soft-spoken, very low-key for a couple from the high-intensity restaurant world. But Chef Ryan knows a lot about food and flavor.

Ryan started cooking with mom, dove into culinary arts in high school (falling in love with it for an easy ‘A’), then graduated from Scotts- dale Culinary Academy. He started his career as an intern, peeling pota- toes six hours a day, gradually working up to overseeing a thousand dinners at five-star, five-diamond resorts from Scottsdale to Florida. Eventually he made executive chef at the Tonto Bar and Grill in Cave Creek.
